This service is tailored for individuals who desire to relocate to Singapore and start a business. You can obtain an Entrepass to stay in Singapore and then apply for Permanent Resident Status (PR) later.

Application Process

    Starting your Business Journey
    Choose the industry which you are interested in.
  • 2
    Obtaining your Intellectual Property (IP)
    The Intellectual Property (IP) selected must be relevant to your proposed business
  • 3
    Document Required
    A well-crafted Business Plan along with other supporting documents
  • 4
    Submission to MOM
    Application submitted to Ministry of Manpower (MOM) for approval
  • 5
    Getting your Entrepass
    You will be able to issue your Entrepass after receiving In-Principle Approval (IPA)
  • 6
    Incorporating Singapore Company
    You will be eligible to apply PR status once your business start running
Eligibility
  • 01
    Applicants that are interested in starting a Business in Singapore and have a certain level of Management Experience.
  • 02
    Once the Pass is approved, it's necessary to start the Business in Singapore.
  • 03
    It must be a new company and has not been registered for more than 6 months.
  • 04
    The Company has to operate for 1 year and have the option to hire 3 local employees or 1 PME (Professionals, Managers, Executives & etc) with a total expenditure of SGD 100,000 and be allowed to apply for a Family Pass for spouse & children under the age of 21 (DP).

    The Company has the option to hire 6 local employees or hire 2 PMEs (Professionals, Managers, Executives & etc) with a total expenditure of SGD 200,000 and be allowed to apply for a Long Term Visit Pass (LTVP) for parents.
  • 06
    After running the company for 12-14 months, applicants can start to apply for Permanent Residence (PR) Status.
