① Applicant: A natural person above the age of 18 years old with full legal capacity to register a Private Limited Company with Singapore Registration Office (ACRA).

② Company Shares: The applicant must hold at least 30% shareholding of the company & the fund need to be deposited into a company account opened in a Singapore Bank;

③ Entrepreneurial permit projects that are not considered by the government: coffee shops, food centers, food bars, nightclubs, karaoke bars, lounges, foot massages, massage parlors, Chinese traditional medicine, acupuncture and moxibustion, traditional Chinese medicine dispensing, labor agencies, feng shui masters.

    ● Also, both conditions need to be met to apply a EntrePass:

① Have started, or intend to start, a private limited company registered with ACRA that is venture-backed or owns innovative technologies.

    a. If registered, the company must be less than 6 months old on the date you apply.

    b. If not registered, you can do so after your Entrepass approval

② Meet at least one of the following innovative criteria as an entrepreneur, innovator or investor listed below. Do not need to meet all of the criteria for each respective profile.

⑤ Other individual awards or professional qualification certificates

⑥ Personal Deposit Certificate
