Employment Pass (EP) is granted by the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) to foreigners (professionals, managers, executives or directors), who wish to relocate and work legally in Singapore. This is the most versatile work pass that covers the majority of foreign working professionals in Singapore.Immigration via Employment Pass is one of the main routes to Immigrate. Employment Pass (EP) holders have a higher chance of obtaining Permanent Residency (PR) status compared to other pass holders.
① Individual Requirement:
a. More than SGD5,000 per month
b. Young applicants should have a bachelor's degree or higher, while older applicants should have a college degree or higher.
② Company Requirement:
a. Own and run a business in Singapore.
b. Local office
c. Sales contracts or sales documents (financial statements are also available)
d. Hire at least two local employees (citizens or PRs)
