Applicable to customers whose work permit (EP/SP/WP), long-term visa (LTVP), permanent resident (PR), or citizenship applications have been rejected, and whose permits have been cancelled or their entry restricted due to overstaying or violation records.

Process

    Analyze the refusal letter and develop an appeal strategy

    Provide additional supporting documents, cite immigration law provisions, and write an appeal letter
  • 03
    Submit through the Immigration Agency (ICA) online system or in writing
  • 04
    Regularly check the progress with ICA and arrange interviews with immigration officials if necessary

    Result processing

① The success rate of appeals is relatively low (PR appeal success rate is about 10% -30%), and expectations need to be managed reasonably
